Rua Mat – An oasis of pleasure under the hot sun of Alykanas Zakynthos

Rua Mat is located on the provincial road leading from Zakynthos-Alykon in the village of Alykanas. To reach it follow the road that starts from Zakynthos towards the direction of Alykes. Arriving in the village of Alykanas you will find our restaurant on the left side of the road. If you arrive by car, you don’t need to worry about parking as there is a parking lot for our customers’ vehicles directly opposite our restaurant.

If you are staying in a hotel or house in the village of Alykanas and you like the idea of a walk through its picturesque alleys, you can also visit our restaurant on foot. The roads within the village as well as the country road itself have sufficient lighting, sidewalks and enough houses and shops along their length that make the route safe.

We don’t like to brag, but many of our guests are not first-timers to our restaurant. Every year we welcome back many returning customers, whom we have the honor to call our friends, who come to us from wherever they live in Zakynthos. And every time we give our best so that they depart with another sweet memory and with the promise that we will see them again the next time they visit our island.
